Vi keeps your conversations, what she learns about you, her notes and files on her phone. She also browses the web and works with files on a computer HeyVi hosts for her.

Vi uses your Claude or ChatGPT plan. Your messages and the information she works with, such as emails and web pages, go to that AI provider under your account.

What your AI provider may do with it is set by your plan with them.

With your permission, Vi uses Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Drive to do the work you give her. Her Google sign-in token stays on her phone.

People at HeyVi don’t read your Google data unless you ask us to help, or the law requires it. You can disconnect in Vi’s settings or remove access through Google.

HeyVi’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Her phone carrier handles calls and texts. Tailscale connects her phone to her computer: it receives device and connection details, but cannot read the encrypted contents.

Cloudflare hosts this site and protects your browser connection to her computer. It processes sign-ins and browser traffic, including desktop content sent through that connection.

When Vi sends an email, books a table or does another task for you, she gives the people and services involved the information they need.

HeyVi sets up and updates Vi’s phone and computer. We may look at her logs and settings to fix a problem, and only for that.

We keep your email and what you tell us in the form only to let you know when Vi is ready for you.

HeyVi may disclose information when the law requires it. If this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
